Shipping Policy
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment, although we try to ship much sooner. All packaged are shipped either via USPS or FedEx with tracking numbers and insurance up to $100 (in most cases).
Packages are shipped for drop-off without signature, however orders over $100 USD will be shipped with signature required to ensure someone is there to receive it. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees may also include a small handling and packing fee in addition to postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Handling fees help cover the cost of packaging and shipping supplies to ensure your order arrives safely. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Shipping fees will apply to each order placed.
Some items, merch especially, may ship at different times, and from different locations. If this is the case, you may receive multiple packages on different days, and they may even be shipped with different carriers. In this circumstance, you'll receive tracking for each shipment in your Order Details page. You will not be charged additional shipping if your order is split into multiple shipments, unless stated before hand.
Return Policy
At GamerWipes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order or you're not satisfied with the products you received, we want to make it right. For your information, our return policy is as follows:

Notification of Issue: Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Day 1 starts when the tracking information shows confirmed delivery.

Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Products that have been used or opened are not generally eligible for return, except in cases where a defective product is involved. Contact us if you aren't sure, we may be able to work with you.

Return Process:
- Once you have notified us within the 7-day window, you have 30 days to return the item to us.
- Do not return any items without first receiving a RA (return authorization) number from us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund, store credit or an exchange, based on our findings.

Shipping Costs and Fees:
- If the item being returned has been used or opened, the shipping costs for the return will be the customer's responsibility.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to used or opened items.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable. These include any edible items or products that may be ingested or come into contact with skin. These types of items contain, but aren't limited to: antibacterial wipes, No Sweat Balls, candy, drinks, lotion or creams, powders, lip balms, and other similar products.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or credit without any additional shipping costs or restocking fees.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will help file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement. USPS Priority Mail includes insurance up to $100 in most cases. This is not available for USPS First Class Mail shipments.

To initiate a return, you can do so directly from the Order Details page in your profile. You can also contact our customer service team at sales@gamerwipes.gg with your order number and details about the product you want to return.
To put it in the most basic (non-legal) terms...
If you buy something and decide you don't want it, and it's still new, you can return it as long as you let us know within 7 days. You'll have to pay to ship it back though, since there is nothing wrong with the items. You'll get store credit and you can use it to buy whatever you want.
If you buy something and its defective or it's not the item right you ordered, you can return and we'll send you a replacement. We will pay for the return shipping, but you still need to let us know within 7 days. We'll send out a replacement, or you can get store credit for something else.
If you buy something and open it and wear it or use it, you can still change your mind and return it for store credit, but there is a 20% fee. You'll also have to pay to ship it back, so this isn't recommended.
